Warranty Conditions

 

What is Covered
This warranty covers all hardware faults.

How Long Coverage Lasts
This warranty runs from date of invoice. Length is dependant on manufactures warranty.

Dead on Arrival
A 'DOA' (Dead on Arrival) product is a faulty Product that failed in the early life of usage or out of box. The DOA period for each Product will vary based on manufacturer policies, and commonly  7  days.

Returning Items.
No warranty items will be accepted without a Return Autorisation number. (please see the link below to obtain a Return Authorisation.

What Microtrade will do
Microtrade will return the product to the manufacturer for repair. This may take some weeks.
In most cases items will be repaired in house and returned much quicker.

Freight and Insurance of returned goods to Microtrade are at the customers cost and returned at the customers risk.

A product specific Inspection Fee (inc GST) will apply if devices returned for warranty are tested and no fault found. A product specific Quote Fee will be charged for items quoted and repair work not proceeded with.

The warranty repaired/replaced goods will be returned to the customer freight prepaid.
